We got the challenge do a <strong>rebranding<\/strong>, or better still, position a beer brand as a young irreverent brand, just like the beer \u201c<strong>Sacarrabos<\/strong>\u201d itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"521\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dfront.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/foto-1-1024x521-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9012\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dfront.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/foto-1-1024x521-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/dfront.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/foto-1-1024x521-1-300x153.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dfront.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/foto-1-1024x521-1-768x391.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first logo wasn\u2019t suitable for the brand\u2019s target audience so we thought about making it more appealing to young adults in opposition to children, as it is after all a beer brand. We also kept the handcraft look and feel of the brand as well as the bold\/cheeky character (the mongoose) and shaped the identity accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being a devourer of crocodile eggs, the mongoose found a home land in Sines (Portugal) and that is the main reason the brand is called \u201cSacarrabos\u201d (mongoose in Portuguese).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The brand already existed so we just had to develop a rebranding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dfront.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/sacarrabos-02-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9014\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also created an iconic tag line \u201cSaca-me uma fresca\u201d (\u201cGet me a fresh one\u201d) which refers to ordering more beer and to the brand name itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dfront.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Apresent\u00e3o-Sacarrabos-03-1-1024x469.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8973\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:55px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We also created an iconic tag line \u201cSaca-me uma fresca\u201d (\u201cGet me a fresh one\u201d) which refers to ordering more beer and to the brand name itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bar is now open to business in central Lisbon (close to <strong>Time Out Market<\/strong>).
